If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to help resolve any concerns. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Certain items, such as sale or clearance items, may be excluded from returns. Please check the product details for any exclusions.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@sunncite.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Prepare the Package: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) along with the Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.
  4. Ship the Return: Send the item back to us using a traceable shipping service. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@sunncite.com with details of the issue and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a return at no cost to you, and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Undergarments or swimwear (if opened)

Late Returns

If you return an item after the 30-day return window has passed, we may not be able to process your return. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
